About.
I was born and raised in La Plata, Maryland. I'm one of those good ole boys. I grew up on a farm and bought my first backhoe when I was just a junior in High School. Before I even had my driver’s license I was driving that backhoe back and forth from jobsite to jobsite. I knew at a young age that I was going to follow in my family’s traditions and get into the construction business. I built my first septic system when I was 17 years old. In 1994 Mona Equipment became incorporated. Over the years I decided to broaden my horizon and started to build homes from the ground up. From there I got into Government Contracting and then decided to open a Wood Waste Plant. I have many years of experience under my belt and I strongly believe that you need to build a good rapport with everyone involved in order to have excellent resources to get a job done right and under budget.
